Margherita Celestino è una giovane coreografa e performer attiva tra Italia e Belgio, la cui ricerca si muove tra scrittura, filosofia e pratiche corporee site specific. In Columba domestica, mette al centro l’affettività come strumento di orientamento e resistenza.
Prendendo spunto dal primo piccione addomesticato, simbolo urbano spesso frainteso, il lavoro esplora la relazione tra corpo, ambiente e memoria, in una coreografia che intreccia movimento e parola.
La scena diventa uno spazio di ascolto e interdipendenza, dove mappe e territori si ridefiniscono in modo non lineare.
Columba domestica è un invito a rallentare, a stare, a riconoscere nuove forme di presenza. In un mondo dominato da velocità, sfruttamento e oblio, la danza di Celestino si fa luogo fragile e concreto per abitare insieme una domanda: e se ci orientassimo con cura?
